About this class

Everyone needs to change up their workouts and training once in a while. What a better way to do that than to get outside, leave the confines of the gym, and show up at the park!

Enjoy this intense workout that involves bodyweight exercises, running drills, mobility exercises, and core exercises. Start with a foundation of strength training exercises, add in a dose of speed and agility, and finish with flexibility drills to recover and restore your body. This class will challenge you to elevate your fitness abilities to the next level. And as with all our other classes – to have a lot of fun and meet some great people.
